"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear friend,

I wish you a grate days ahead,as you may wish to know,I work with united nation high commission for refugee in Africa,presently I am in Ghana west Africa,

I am writing to seek your consent to accommodate one young girl of about 14 years of age, relocate to your country and start a new life.

The young girl is from war turn country of cote d' Ivoire, however the parent of the girl died during the war and he was rescue by United nation peace keeping force and brought to refugee camp here in Ghana,according to confirmed information before the girl father died, He was a rich cocoa farmer,and he left some inheritance for the young girl as she is the only child.

I have personally investigate the young girl inheritance in the the bank here, and found out that her parents left behind some substantial amount of money (us$4.7) four million seven hundred thousand united state dollars in the bank with the girl name as beneficiary.with clause that encase of death, the bank should release the money to the girl in accompany of a foreign partner,if her daughter is still under age.

After this investigation I took it upon my self to get a trust worthy person or couple who can assist this young girl to relocate from Africa here also help and invest her money wisely in more stable political environment.
