"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: I only need a dedicated and serious person

Good Day,

I am Ifeoma Okeke, an accountant working with Oceanic Bank
International Plc,[Now Eko Bank Plc,] a few days ago, I was editing
some of the accounts in the office and found out that there is a
dormant account belonging Chief Livi Ajonuma who died in plane crash.
This account was secretly owned by Chief Livi Ajonuma. He was among
those who died during the last plane crash in Nigeria.

He died along with his wife and the only son (Chief Livi Ajonuma).
Before his death, He deposited the sum of eleven million (11 million
USD) dollars to our bank (Oceanic Bank International Plc).

I only need a dedicated, serious, committed and transparent person to
help me transfer this money from the bank to a foreign bank, as the
owner's death and the account is declared dormant.

This transaction is without risk, as I will direct you what to do at
any given time.
Thank you.

Miss Ifeoma Okeke
