Dear Doctor,

I hereby sincerely beg of you to treat this message by caring heart. I know your phone number. I know it could have been better to talk to you by telephone. But I cannot make phone call now. My mobile phones disabled due to low battery. No electricity to recharge the batteries. I have high-quality electric generator here. Nobody to help me to kick-off the machine. I am crying as I write this letter. I am a living dead person. I am sure I will die soon as I have started to observe signs of death.

Nobody wants to come near me anymore. They forgot I fed them after Liberian civil war by investments that my husband reserved before his death in the civil war. Pastor of my church who I expected to see did not come. He forgot I bought for him a new car during 2013 Harvest & Bazaar thanksgiving. Only Health Workers visit me 3 times daily. To pity me. To promise to give me ZMapp drugs that will be imported from America. They have not provided the ZMapp drugs up till now. Maybe the ZMapp drugs shall come after my death.

I have no hope for survival. I am very weak, vomit and bleed at regular intervals. Helpless and powerless. I may not live over 2 or 3 more days. I do not know you. I searched for caring doctors and health agents. I saw many people. My spirit advised me to choose you. This is my reason of contacting you. I want to confide in you.

I made vow. Nobody in Liberia will inherit my cash. They are heartless. Africa is full of evil, hatred and wickedness. 90% of people of Africa are evil doers. They know nothing apart from cheat. They did not care for my health. Therefore, they will become heir to my cash. I am ready to go to hell if this vow is the only sin that can lead me to hell.

I have properties. Family members will fight themselves to have control of my properties. But they will not get my cash. Bank account of my company contains L$1,699,223,555.66. L$1,699,223,555.66 is about US$18,370,000.00. I will hand over to you the funds. I want you to share the funds to charity organizations in your area in memory of me.

I already talked to my bank and my lawyer Mr. Bernard Dossou DEGBOE. Human-rights Attorney-In-Fact and Trustee. He has fear of God. He respects me much. He does anything that I tell him to do the way I wanted it to be done. He has influence to take-on litigation in all ECOWAS.
