"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

this is Special message from the IMF Cotonou Benin Republic,  be inform that your E-mail address  is one the selected scammers victim, be inform after UN meeting hold on last week  the central bank of Benin Republic has compensated you with sum of $3.5M, today the appointed bank has programmed your inheritance  fund into cooperation visa card ATM, your card was submitted to our office since last week for proper verifications.   

 

Be inform that this morning our secretary Deposited your inheritance compensation fund $3.5M USD programmed  inside  ATM CARD in UPS Express courier Service, for your information the delivery charges already paid the only money you will send to the office 6$68 dollars for security keeping fee, the UPS Express refused to collect the money from our secretary because the don’t’ know when you will contact them with your current information’s to avoid wrong delivery.
