"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

TO YOUR KIND ATTENTION:

Maybe because your claim is illegal or you are not the real, rightful and legitimate beneficiary of this payment approved by the Federal Government and Central bank of Nigeria, that is why you are afraid of endorsing it's unconditional release?

Had it been you are, legitimate beneficiary of this payment you would have taken this great opportunity to utilize both my legal and services to receive the payment when it will actually cost you less both financially and otherwise.

Since you are not really interested to officially process the release of this payment, it signifies that you are afraid of signing these documents hence, it will clearly signal to the Government that you are not the true and rightful beneficiary.

It's quite clear that, except you endorse and notarize the original/hard copies of the following documents, your claim is been seen as an illegal transaction or fraudulent claim hence you will never receive any cent of dollar if these documents are not signed by you and notarized.

The documents include viz:

1. Your Payment agreement
2. Your fund final release order
3. The payment voucher
4. Your payment order
5. Exchange control approval
6. Payment validation approval
7. The fund ownership Certificate.
8. Fund origin Certificate of Legitimacy
9. Federal Ministry of Finance Payment Clearance/Allocation Order etc.
10. Presidency Approval and Irrevocable Guarantee Bond
11. Deposit Confirmation order
12. Certificate of Fund ownership
13. Official FMJ Fund Clearance Certificate
14. Fund ownership clearance certificate,
15. Clean Bill Clearance Certificate

The official cost of processing the original/hard copies these documents is the sum of US$23,000.00 only which I am willing and ready to pay on your behalf and will obtain all receipts for the unconditional release of your out standing payment.

But the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Justice wants them endorsed by the true and rightful beneficiary and also wants them Notarized to authenticate them.

After paying the US$23,000.00 which is all I have in my savings officially on your behalf for these documents to be released I cannot afford sending them to your residence for you to endorse.

All I need from you is your assistance for the Notary of these documents and their shipment to your residence for you to endorse.

Thanks for your understanding and good luck.

Best regards,

Dr. Luke C. Walters (SAN)
