"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

The Government of Ghana under the auspice of the Economic Community Of West African States, ECOWAS has published their 2014/2015 Annual Projects in which about Seventy-Two (72) care,enhancement & rehabilitation Products/equipment will be needed for Purchase/Supply in a large quantity.
My company is among the three commissioned and accredited agents to Ghana Government on contract matters and we are also agents to manufacturers seeking for buyers in my country,Ghana.
I will need a detailed information of your products so that i can officially submit it to the ECOWAS Commission Office and it will more appropriate if you send your catalog and product details to me, for my perusal.
Terms Of Payment: The ECOWAS makes an upfront payment of 80% by Telegraphic Transfer to your company's account and 20% prior to shipment, which will be confirmed by your company before shipment.
My company is a government accredited commission Agent in Ghana and have been mandated to source for the needed products for a contract supply and you can reach us for effective and efficient business.
