I had a contract to supply Antibiotics to be delivered to various hospitals to minimize the spread and to provide relief for the Ebola patients, I am contacting you due to the problem the medical contractors is facing now, the UK government has issued a serious order that such contracts must be terminated, now I have made $3.8 million USD from the supplied of the Antibiotics, but because of the instructions which my government has given to terminate such contracts, I had no choice than to deposit the $3.8 million USD into a security company here in Ghana, because my government will confiscate the fund if they find out that I made the money from the supply of the Antibiotics, and moreover our company will terminate my certificate of practice
Now our government has set up a panel of investigation to confiscate the funds from the contract which has not yet been claimed, though I have claimed my own fund but to protect and secure the money, I must transfer the fund out of Ghana immediately so that the panel of investigating cannot trace the fund, though the panel of investigation are tracing the fund that has not been claimed, and I have already claimed my own but I have to keep it safe to avoid any mistakes and I cannot transfer the fun into my account in my country because they are monitoring the accounts of every team working on the Ebola virus
so am contacting you, If you are interested to assist me in this regards kindly get back to me as soon as possible for more details on how to proceed, and I need to know you well and trust you to assist me in receiving this fund from the security company which I deposited the fund, all I need is your acceptance and I will authorize the security company to deliver the fund to you
All arrangement to deliver the fund from the security company has been concluded with the United Nations security and delivery company. All I want you to do is to receive the fund since I cannot receive it directly due to my status and duty. I am offering you 30% of the total sum for your assistant, 5% will be for expenses encored during the transaction. Your own part is to stand as my beneficiary to receive the fund in your custody before our meeting when I shall come back to London in a month time, then I will come over to your country
But the whole process is simple and we must keep it highly confidential, one other thing i would like to assure you is that there is no risk involve in this deal in my fund and I have all the documents to protect the fund, all you have to do is follow the instructions given to you, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
