"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

We hereby use this medium to inform you that you can come forward to collect your original share certificate of capital value of US$7.5 Million with bank draft share dividend of US$75,000.

Be informed that we can not post it to you without it being signed for before collection as the certificate has face value of total amount owe to you converted to equity-share. You can trade it off upon confirmation at the international stock markets as you desire.

This mail did not come you in error as addressing you by your names and titles will take all the time scheduled to reach all the beneficiaries therefore we apologize for not addressing it with your titles and names. We promised to address you appropriately when next we have cause to write to you. Please update us with your address; direct phone numbers give correct spell of your names in case corrections are required as error must be not be found on the certificate and bank draft.
