"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I do hope my email meets you in good health, I am an American Soldier serving in Iraq, assigned to US. Embassy here in Baghdad, Iraq. I am writing to ask your agreement to the custodian / Investor of an asset value of Twenty Five Million that we are transferring out of this country. 

My partner and I are in need of a good partner someone we can trust to actualize this venture and  got your contact while searching for a possible Real Estate investor. The money is from oil proceeds and legel, however, can I trust you? A loose lip sinks ship. 

We have agreed to pay professional fees to you as the investment manager at the rate of 30% (Thirty percent) of the total Twenty Five Million (US $ 25.000.000.00) United State of America Dollars. If you're agreeable, get yourself a deal and reply only to this private Email: hank111newton@aol.com
