"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

 Apostolic Greetings !!!

My name is Mrs. Leelamma Raju a widow to Mr. rash Raju, who was a competent business man here in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire, we had been married for many years without any child until his death in October 2005, after a brief illness. Because of the promise I made to him on the altar on the day of our church wedding i decided not to remarry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which is against the Holy Bible.

He deposited the sum of $ (2.7 million) USD two million, seven hundred thousand in a Finance company here in Abidjan . Recently, my doctor told me I would not last for the next five months due to cancer and stroke disease.

Having known my condition I decided to look for a competent and reliable God fearing person church to entrust this fund to use this for charity - helping the orphanage, less privillege and the homeless. Please, I do not need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health hence the presence of my husband's relatives are around me always. I do not want them to know about this development.

As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the relevant documents that would legalize you to have access to this fund. Please always pray for me. And assure me that you will act accordingly as I stated herein. Hoping to receive your reply.

His sister in Christ,
Leelamma Raju
