"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: LETTER OF INTRODUCTION.....

Dear Esteemed Friend,

Let me first say that I apologise for this unexpected mail from me,as I am writing
you for the first time, and you might also be surprise to be receiving this mail from
me.

I am Dr.Wale Jacob, the Special Adviser to the Nigerian President on Defence and
security. As,you may know,Nigeria is currently facing some security challenges in the
North eastern part of our

Country, this has prompted us to do a massive accumulation and buying of Arms and
Ammunition in whatever way possible, but we are facing some challenges because there
are some countries who are
supporting these insurgents, hence they have been frustrating our effort in purchasing
these

Arms, the most recent example was when we freighted cash into South Africa, and their
Government seized this cash in the amount of $9.3Million.

please see this link to confirm what I have just said;

http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/168238-nigerian-govt-admits-ownership-of-9-3-million-arms-money-seized-by-south-africa.html

Anyway,we have now been totally successful in the purchase of these arms and
ammunition, because we found other channels that are also sympathetic to our course of
fighting terror and insurgency.

As I mentioned above, the money we have been using for these purchases have been Cash
money, and as the Man in charge.I have some funds that have already been freighted out
in Cash in the amount of $55million,this money is what is remaining from the last
purchase, and I have the sole control over the funds now,I only need a trusted partner
to help safe keep this funds.I shall be willing to go into a 60/40 sharing
arrangement with you if you agree to partner with me.The money is already in Europe
in Cash.I will give you further details as soon as I receive a serious partnership
commitment from you.

I await your most urgent reply if you are ready to proceed with me.

Yours truly,
Dr.Wale Jacob.
