"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Further to order by the international community in our country about the request of issuing you an ATM Africard and lodging your impending $800,000 USD in this country which ministry of justice has honoured, we would like to invite you to communicate UBA Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) of Automated Teller Machines (ATM) department with your phone No, and a scanned copy of your ID card. They will see to bringing your card to you and give you other information on how you can use the card and withdraw your money in your country.

UBA in collaboration with ATM management wants to hear from you directly without intervention of any third party, so that they know why your money is still in Benin after approving an Africard for you. According to the records the fund was meant to be transferred to you by your partner since last two years for business.
 

Furthermore, you can contact the Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) of the department at cfcpisem@pisem.net for other  international transfer you have in the country for fast execution. If you are in Benin, please, go to their nearest branch or write them an email.
