"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Sir, Good day to you, my name is Col. Raymond G.Toth, an American Air force=
Deputy Officer, serving with the U.S military with the Third infantry Divi=

the total of US$150,000,000.00 (One hundred and Fifty million US dollars) t=
hat we found during one of our raiding, where they were hidden in container=
s. We were also assigned to supervise the flying of the money out of the co=
untry to a secured location for counting purposes and eventually to be retu=
rned to Iraq for rebuilding. On the way we cornered the sum of ($8million) =
eight million United States dollars and safely deposited with a private sec=
urity vault in Dubai United Arab Emirates. Since then the funds has been th=

his funds and that is why I have contacted you, so that you can help us for=
investment in your country growing economy. You can contact me for now onl=
