"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello,

Hello,
I am Dorothy Winnie, from Australia a cancer victim woman, and I
live/hospitalized in London Bridge Hospital. I am someone who try to
do a bit for the orphan children in your country through your help.
This time i have decided to try and help them by giving them the total
sum of ($4,000,000,00, Four Million united state dollars) currently
with bank by helping them out with medical facilities,  bringing
medical practitioners and test them for various possible infections,
this requires a lot of money and them being poor cannot afford this
beyond a certain limit.
In this way, i can try and bring a little smile on their faces who
have suffered a lot in life. Thus, I am making a humble request to you
to try and help out in any possible way, to claim the money with bank
to Donate for their needs, then be it money or through providing
services. It will be a lot of help to them. Hence this is a sincere
plea to you to help them on my behalf due to the state of my health
today, that's why i can not do this myself today, as much is possible
from your side. please reply me for more details.
Thanks
Yours Sister in Pain
Dorothy Winnie.
