"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: PLS RESPOND IF YOU ARE INTERESTED!

Dear Brethren,

It is by the grace of God that I received Christ, knowing the truth
and the truth has set me free. Having known the truth, I had no choice
than to do what is lawful and right in the sight of God for eternal
life and in the sight of man for witness of Gods mercy and glory upon
my life. I am married to Engr.Terry Bennet Cordova who worked
with Chevron/Texaco in London and West Africa for twenty years before he
died in the
year 2006.We were married for twenty-seven years without a child. He
was held hostage and slain to death by protesting youths of the
Niger Delta region of West Africa.

Before his death we were both born again Christians. Since his
death I decided not to re-marry. When my late husband was alive he
deposited $12.5 million united statesdollars with a financial
institution in Africa. Presently, this money
is still with the financial institution and the management just wrote
me as the beneficiary to come forward to receive the money or rather
issue a letter of authorization to somebody to receive it on my behalf
if I cannot come over.Presently, I'm with my laptop in a hospital
where I have been undergoing treatment for cancer of the lungs. You
know how painful it is, i have suffered a lot.
I have since lost my ability to talk and hear well and my doctors have
told me that I have only a few months to live. It is my last wish to
see that this money is invested and at the end of every year
distributed among charity organization and orphanage home. I want a
person that is God fearing that will use this money to fund orphanages
and widows, propagating good things, that is why my God directed me to
you.

The Bible made us to understand that blessed is the hand that
give. I took this decision because I know that there are a lot of poor
people suffering from different kind of disease and nobody to come to
their aid. With God all things are possible dear.
I also took this decision because I don't have any child that will
inherit this money and I don't want my husbands Hard-earned money to
be misused. I am not afraid of Death hence I know where I am Going. I
know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14
Says that the Lord will fight my course and I shall Hold my peace If
you know truthfully that you can do exactly what i wish to use this
money to do.

My dear, i want you to use this money for the good service
as humanity i know with the love you have for God Almighty you can do
that. If you can honestly do this request, I will be glad to hand you over
the said $12.5 million United States Dollars for the good work.
Upon your honest acceptance, I will require, your full name, contact
address, private telephone number, age, occupation and private email
address in your return mail so that I will be able to contact the bank
and introduce you as my next of kin and will also forward the bank
manager`s contact for your immediate contact as well.

I hope to hearing from you my dear, you can also reply to my alternative
email address, prashant.nctww@gmail.com

Remain Blessed,
Belen.
