"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: DONATION TO THE POOR

Hello My Dear,

How are you doing today? I hope that you are doing great. I just want to say hi after reading your profile. I hope you can be trusted? I have something very important to tell you if you can write me back with your email address. I want to donate $5 million dollars to the charity and poor people through you if possible.

I am suffering from long time Cancer of the breast. From all indications my condition is really deteriorating and it’s quite obvious that I won't live more than 3 months according to my doctors. This is because the cancer stage has gotten to a very bad stage. I don’t want your pity but I need your trust. At this stage now I want to make some donation to less privileged people and I want to do that through you so that i will die a happy woman, so kindly provide your email address for more details.

Contact me through this email for more details (mrsalicia979@yahoo.com)

Thanks
Mrs. Alicia Rita Morales Arroyo
