"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Greetings,

I have no option than to contact you after praying over the situation,
I am 41 yrs old sick woman from Russia, My late husband (Mr. S.
Nasim) was the former Consular of Russian Embassy in Benin, since my
illness relatives and friends have plundered so much of my wealth , I
cannot live with the agony entrusting this order responsibility to any
of them. I have decided to Donate to the poor the needy and charity
organizations around the globe and do not forget that inheritance is a
common thing in our society as i was diagnosed with esophageal cancer
3 years ago and I am currently admitted in Japanese specialist
hospital in Cotonou Benin Republic.

Since the loss of my family, I have found a new desire to assist
helpless families, i have been helping orphans in orphanage/motherless
homes, i have also donated some money/clothings for humanitarian
needs, only recently I saw on television the colossal loss of
properties and livelihood people in Canberra, Australia through fire.
I was moved with great pity and compassion that I decided to make this
contribution on assisting people over there or any part of the world
that might still need any financial help.

I have kept fund in a long-term deposit with a Finance company in
Cotonou Benin Republic. My Doctors have just informed me that I have
only but few weeks to live.... It is my wish to see this money
distributed to the less privileged, then after going through your
profile details i was inspired to contact you through my laptop for
this humanitarian need.

In the light of the above, i shall appreciate an urgent message
indicating your ability to handle this transaction sincerely and i
have included my current picture by my bedside at the hospital and
will attach my international passport copy for your view upon your
sincere response.

Best regards to your family,

Mrs.Vivian Salem Nasim
