INVITATION TO TENDER


The Republic of South Sudan is the worlds youngest nation. It is the
193rd member state of the United Nations and the 54th member state of
the African Union. The country gained independence on 9th July 2011
following a self determination referendum in which the citizens
overwhelmingly voted for total autonomy from the then Sudan.

The referendum, conducted in January 2011, was one of the provisions of
the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) signed in 2005. The CPA ended
one of Africas longest civil wars in which many lives were lost. After
emerging from decades of neglect and discrimination, the country is now
putting all its efforts and resources to nation building.

The Government of Republic of South Sudan formally invites interested
person(s), group (s), company(s), supplier(s) or vendors to tender bids
for the supply of the equipments specified below. We need these
equipments to reconstruct and rehabilitate some areas affected by
war/insurgence and to equip newly formed government Agencies and
Ministries:


Ref.01 - Trucks/ Cars/ Suvs/ /Buses/Tricycles/ Motorcycles
Ref.02 - Agriculture Machinery / Utility Vehicles (Tractor ETC)
Ref.03 - Earth Moving/ Construction equipments.
Ref.04 - Computers / Accessories/
Ref.05 - Medical / Laboratory / Hospital Equipments
Ref.06 - Foods/ Beverages/ Grains/ Foams/ Blankets.
Ref.07 - Dredging and Irrigation Equipments
Ref.08 Office Equipments/ Air conditions/ Furniture.

Interested, Bidders/suppliers that are capable of supplying any of the
above mentioned items in large quantity should send their bid
application to the procurement director through email only specifying
precisely the product(s) you can be able to supply ranging from REF01 to
REF08 respectively.

Please note that because of our respect to the budget, we do not give
quantities of products we intend to purchase in advance. The bid
application must be sent not later than 30 days from today. (Quotations
not needed for now but product catalog(s) is required from supplier if
any)

The Republic of South Sudan reserves the right to reject any bid
application that is found incomplete or unsatisfactory.
