"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I got your name from a commerce database , My name is Barrister.
Danladi Williams, personal attorney to Mr . David a director and a
business man who died on a car accident along with the family, my
deceased client deposited the sum of $ 9..2 million ) in the bank
here in Togo, the bank gave me a formal notice to bring the next of
kin (Heir), or they will confiscate and send the money to Debt Re -
conversion account and declare it unserviceable account.

That is why I contacted you to assist me, based on the fact that you
have the same surname with my deceased client. The truth remains that
you may or may not be the real relative of my deceased client but I
have every evidence to back you the next of kin of my late client
before the money get confiscated or declared on-serviceable dormant
account by the Bank .

All that is required of you is your maximum cooperation....
