"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: I Need Your Consent

Hello My Good Friend,

I hereby seek for your business partnership over a secured fund with a
SECURITY AGENCY, As a top Avionics expert/participant with the US Army on
the ISIS Air collision mission, my duties involves carrying out several
operations aimed at demoralizing the ISIS organization including reducing
their financial sustainability by recovering monetary values. In some cases
some are retrieved to the government.

This is a top military dealing with nothing close to an evil agenda but am
hoping I can confide in you. I actually need your assistance in receiving
and securing $20 million (Twenty million United States dollars) which I
retrieved. Yes, it might seem weird, but anything good is possible with a
little ambition and an optimistic mind. I propose to Invest in any
lucrative and genuine business idea you can come up with under your direct
supervision, management and endeavor until am done with my mission here and
meet with you personally.

I know you will be so surprise WHY YOU? but as a Top Avionic Expert in the
US Army my personality and career is very sensitive and quite open and
prone to a possible scandal/blackmail which is why I preferred dealing with
a neutral person.

I'm willing to offer you 30% of the total amount, Nonetheless an additional
20% on the ROI (RETURNS OF INVESTMENT). All I demand is your 100% honesty,
trust, confidentiality and co-operation. Irrespective of your thoughts on
this, either convinced, satisfied, or not, I expect that this communication
remains strictly between You and I.

I anticipate your soonest response.

Regards
John Stewart
