"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

HELLO,

I am Mrs. Mary Smith, a deaf widow to late Williams Smith from Salem
Oregon, USA. Am presently in India receiving treatment, i am 61 Years old,
am a new Christian convert, suffering from long time cancer of the breast,
from all indication my condition is really deteriorating and it is quite
obvious that i won't live more than six months, according to my doctor,
this is because the cancer stage has gotten to a very bad stage. my late
husband was killed during the U.S raid against terrorism in AFGHANISTAN,
and during the time of our marriage we were unable to produce a child.

After my husband's death, i inherited all his business. But now that i
have less than six months to live, i have decided to donate all my wealth
for the development of churches in America, Africa, Europe, and Asia. and
also use part of it to support the less privileged.

I have the sum of $15,000,000.00 Fifteen Million Dollars deposited with
Common Wealth Bank in USA. I am aware that there is a lot of scam on
internet, but i swear to you with the name of our lord that this is never a
scam. Your help will save many lives in the world, let God touch your heart
to hear my cry. And lastly, i also want you to assure me that when you
receive the fund it will be used for the said purpose. May the grace of our
Lord Jesus be with you and your family. I await your urgent response.

YOUR'S IN CHRIST.

MRS. MARY SMITH.
