"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is a final notice to the previous notice that was sent to you
regarding the delivery of your $1.5m ATM card.

You are urgently advise to send the courier fee of your ATM card; this
is because our New elected president Muhammadu Buhari have requested
us to submit all unclaimed payment files for cancellation and
returning of the funds to the government treasury as unclaimed funds.

I am contacting you once again because you are one of the
beneficiaries that have not claimed their funds, you are to send the
courier fee of your $1.5m ATM card delivery else your $1.5m
inheritance ATM card payment shall be deactivated.

The total cost of your ATM card delivery is $187 but the operation
director in charge of your ATM card said that the only fee you shall
pay in order to receive your $1.5m ATM card is an initial part payment
of $110 only while the balance of $77 will be paid after the delivery
of your ATM card.

Your ATM card have been packaged for immediate delivery as soon as you
send the $110 courier part payment today, all the related clearance
documents regarding your ATM card have also been packaged for delivery
along side the ATM card during delivery for your security, Once the
$110 courier part payment is received, your ATM card delivery will
proceed and shall arrive your destination within 24hrs. If you send
the $110 courier part payment today, the ATM card package delivery
will proceed on tomorrow and will arrive your destination next
tomorrow. You should also reconfirm your delivery address to avoid any
mistake during delivery of your $1.5m ATM card.

You are to send the $110 courier part payment via western union or
money gram with the information stated below.
