my position as the chairman contract award committee, Ministry of
Petroleum Resources to execute this over-in voice contract fund in your
name, I will present you as one of those Nigeria foreign contractors
approved to receive their overdue contract payment, I will secure all the
necessary documents in your name for legal protection of the funds from
