"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: YOUR ASSISTANC

Hello

Good day to you, I really hope that you take your time to read this message and i am very sorry if it seems like i invaded your privacy. Anyway I hope this message meets you in good condition. Let me Introduce myself.. My Name is Mr Anderson Newman and am a banker here in ( NATWEST BANK ) London United Kingdom.

Without further delay i wish to go straight to the reason why i have decided to contact you. I have been in search for someone to assist me in getting a deceased customer who deposited money in our bank in an amount of ( FIFTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS ) but was never heard of him after the tragic incident in Libya were he was unfortunately killed by the late Gaddafi's troop on a business meeting.

We have searched all through for any of his relative members but all to no avail, so i decided to look for someone that can stand in place to help receive this funds to his/her account and we would split the funds 60% / 40% .

All i need is your support to get the funds transfer out of my bank to your account as the next of kin and as soon that is done, i can arrange on coming over to your country for us to discuss how to invest the money together.

Thanks
Mr. Anderson Newman
