This Tender is open to all Foreign suppliers whose company products meet international standards that arealso willing to bid for a Tender and understand the meaning of Bidding a contract tomake available their Products Specification and details.
This Project is for 2014/2015 Rural and Urban developments projects going on in Ghana underthe present administration supported by World bank which fund has been set aside to covereligible payment to the contractors which few of the (55) bidding products are needed,
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Bidders must submit with their bid the latest specification and advertisingliterature of the Equipments or Products they propose to furnish, upon condition that ,if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into within 14 days.
The Ecowas Committee Projects Engineer or Technical team reserves the right to determinewhat equipments/Products will best suit the needs of the Ecowas Commission,The intent of these specification by the Bidders is to describe the minimumacceptable specification of the needed equipment or Products.

If you are interested to work with us, Please get back to me with details/specification of your product orcompany website and your FOB or CIF Price list which will be tendered to the Procurement BoardContract Committee for immediate review/approval Before order will be made.
Terms of Payment: If the Contract is awarded to your company,An upfront payment of 80% (T/T)will be made to your account, while 20% will be paid before shipment.
Tender Participation Registration: Your company will need to register officially for Tender as a Non-residential Contractor/ Supplier with the Procurement Board Contract Committee whenyou are submitting your bidding documents for approval before Award.
