"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello

Hello
My name is Ms. PERFECT GUEI, Frame in the Department of Accounting at a bank in Ivory Coast.
An account has been opened at our bank in 1999 and since 2006, no
operation is performed. The owner of this account payable of US $ 9
million Bernard bean, an expatriate, director of Oil-technicist Support
Services Inc., a chemical engineer, who died following a traffic
accident.
After consulting meticulously all archives and records
relating to that account, I realized that this account has no other
beneficiary both in his family and in his former company, and that I
could easily have this money if I managed to kick him in an account
outside so I'm looking for a partner.
I want you to help me transfer
this money to your country to invest in your field for your help I'm
willing to give you 45% of the funds.
I realize that this message
will surprise you because we do not know each other before, but be sure
this is a real opportunity that I offer. I ask you to answer me as soon
as possible
Pending a favorable response, please accept my sincere greetings.

Very Sincerely.
Ms. PERFECT GUEI
