"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: From Emile Cheung.

Dear Sir,

My name is Emile Cheung., an American and presently in USA. I was working with a bank in Cambodia but now retired. During my time with the bank in Cambodia and with my position there as the Director, I discovered an abandoned dormant account and i did all i could to trace the account owner but find out that he is late and have no next of kin. Ever since then i have been monitoring the account but up till date, no one have come across for the money.

Now i am looking for someone who can partner with me so that this money can be paid to the person as the living next of kin. I have all the documents relating to the fund and i have my contacts in the bank that is ready to cooperate with us so that we can pull out this fund and share it among us.

If you agree to do these businesses with me, reply back for more details.

Thanks,

Mr.Emile Cheung.
