"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Sir,
Respect is give-and-take. This is my reason of writing to you instead of contacting you by telephone which shall generate unexpected inconvenience to you which you might dislike. In view of that, I ask humbly for you welcome my e-mail. I need your advice and it is as a matter of urgency.
I want to be connected with a trusted high-quality businessman or businesswoman in your area to discuss a business-deal that requires instant pursuit. I have catalog of Chambers of Commerce of your area that contains contact-information of businessmen and businesswomen in your area. However, I am reluctant to make contact with anyone there. I believe nobody there can trust me due to too much scam mails that circulate via internet nowadays. Anyone who receives the scam mails shall presume I am one of the scammers who distribute the scam mails via internet. The person can insult me and also despise me. This is my reason of deciding to seek advice from you.
I am a Blackman. I am an African. But I am an African by contrast. I am a gentleman. I am an honest man. I am the type of African who everybody can still trust and also rely on. Would you consider to connect me with one of the trusted high-quality businessmen or businesswomen in your area?
I am an African-French. English is not my language. France colonized my country in ancient times. French is my language. I studied English during period of my schooling. I speak and write simple English correctly.
This is not my special e-mail account. I created this e-mail account now just in order to make first communication to you. I will not check this e-mail regularly. I beg you to respond to the two e-mail that I stated as follows:-
