"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Respected Beneficiary,

I have good news for you.

The ECOWAS government in conjunction with the united nation (UN) has giving us the go ahead order to release all outstanding pending funds here in Africa, belonging to US citizens, Asia and across before the 28th of September 2015. About $780,000,000.00(Seven Hundred & Eighty Million USD) belonging to various citizens of the world has been released so far by the ECOWAS states. These funds belongs to people who has been scammed in one way or the other, and also people who did contracts and did not receive their contractual sum etc. Feel free to apply in whichever category you may have fallen into, because the UN is concerned and we’re serious to implement this mandate. Send us details about the amount you spent and also the amount you were being owe by the ECOWAS states, which represents all continents in Africa and the sub region.

You’re therefore required to reconfirm your banking details, to avoid sending your fund to a wrong bank coordinates. It has also been programmed that these funds must be released to their beneficiaries before the end of September 2015, therefore we urge you to cooperate with us, to enable us serve you better. Meanwhile, you still have more options as for the funds delivery. We also have diplomatic delivery services, which will guarantee a successful delivery to you in person within 3 days. If you need a bank draft, we also can make that happen, but the reason we did not over emphasize on that option is because of scammers taking advantage of these program to scam people, because the issue of draft and checks has been bastardized so much that it is very hard to believe that funds can indeed go through such channels, which i am here to clarify is still 100% possible through the right channel, which is what we’re about to offer to you…The form here should be filled accordingly and forwarded to the bellow detail

Make no mistake, we’ve just received these reports about some non officials and expelled officials parading themselves as officials of the financial institutions here. Please do not fall to their traps, for they will only end up ripping you off your funds. This office is the only appointed and legitimate office to get your fund released to your access, which is confirmed and assigned by the ECOWAS head of states and the UN. For the last time and for the final end to your nightmare and struggles, contact only Mr. Daniel P. Williams, Foreign Operation Unit  (AFC) Email: africanfinance694@gmail.com
Congratulations as we’re expecting your urgent response.

Sincerely
Daniel P. Williams
