"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

--
Although you might be apprehensive about my email, since we have not met
before, I am Irwin Mitchelle; I work for Bank Of England in executive
capacity (Corporate Business Development).

There is the sum of 42,600,000.00 Euros in my Bank. There have been no
beneficiaries stated concerning these fund, the implication of which is
that no one would ever come forward to claim it.

Consequently, I propose that you and I work together to transfer the
fund out of my bank into an account in a bank you deem appropriate. I
will be delighted to enlist your co-operation on this project. Once the
fund has been transferred to your nominated bank account, we shall then
split in the ratio of 65 per cent for me, and 35 per cent for you,
bearing in mind that your role in this transaction is critical.

In the event that you are interested in my proposal, feel free to email
me irwin.mitchell@yandex.com for detailed work plan.

Please, note that this transaction needs to be effected as quickly as
possible, and that is because time is of the essence.

For the purpose of emphasis, this transaction is 100% safe. However, I
need to be certain you are trustworthy, please!

Best regards,

Irwin Mitchelle
