"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: ****Investment Proposition****

Sir,

I seek for your assistance due to my intention to relocate from my country Syria to your country as my choice area for investment and for a living because I have an investment portfolio which can handle a huge investment but was reliably informed that as a foreigner I am not allowed to make a direct investment or operate a heavy account in your country. I have a property in the UK worth $34million USD, which I want to sell for further investment, cost of living in the UK is too expensive and the rate of tax is high, I can not afford to live in the UK with my 2 daughters, so I wish to sell the properties and further invest it on something profitable.

So based on this, I was strictly advised to find a reliable and experienced business partner from your country to run a joint partnership to avoid any form of hitches. Please respond and also send me your investment plans and it's annual return on investment before we proceed and agree in principle.

Best Regards,

Aisha Yusuf
