"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello

My name is Mr.Roland Adams I work with the Henderson Global Investors
Limited in London,United Kingdom. our company is an international
investment company, with a strong reputation and a proud history, going
back to 1934. We currently manage £82.1bn and employ more than 900 members
of staff worldwide .

The issue i am presenting to you is confidential and I plead with you to
please keep it between me and you.
I have a client of our company that I was his investment officer and this
client was among the passengers that died on the 24th March 2015 in a
German wings Airbus A320 that crashed in the French Alps while traveling
from Barcelona to Duesseldorf.

This client deposited the sum of 8.9 Million Euros (10,022,524.79 USD)
with our company for investment and the late customer opened the
investment account without stating any next of kin so therefore i want to
present you as the next of kin of my late client so that we can take
delivery of the money and share it 50/50 between us.

I will give you more information as soon as you reply to this mail.

Regards

Roland Adams
