"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: FUND INVESTMENT PROPOSAL

Dear Sir,
With due respect i write this letter for your assistant, You can read more here http://www.libya-businessnews.com/2015/07/28/libya-scrambles-to-find-gadhafis-missing-billions/ Firstly; for the sake of clarity, I will explain myself in the most complete way. My name is Mr. Azizi Al-Quadaffi I represented the Libyan Economic Development Board before the revolution that overthrew the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's death. My family and I run in Bamako Mali for our way of life, because we are constantly targeted by NTC rebels and their sponsors for my true loyal until the end of the regime of Muammar Gaddafi. I have a large sum of money in amount of 180 Million USD, which I brought with me from Libya to Mali after the fall of Ghadaffi regime. However, after the fall of the administration and the enthronement of the new government in Mali, our position became shaky and unfriendly. It is based on the following factors discussed above; I beg your unalloyed assistance to move this money to your domain solely for lawful purposes and profitable investment.
I took this decision consciously based on your business acumen. This will be done in the most legitimate means. If you help me complete this successfully, I will reward you very well, and in addition to that, you will oversee all investments, where you would be entitled to 35% of every profit earned from the investment and 15% to cover all Government taxes of the investment. I need you to let me know what you think about it, so that we can continue to work without any delay.
If all is well with you, in the end, I will need a confirming reply from you and i will furnish you with more details.
Sincerely,Azizi Al-Quadaffi
