"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello Good Morning,

My name is Diplomat David Richardson, I am a U.S Member Diplomat attached
to the United Nations Humanitarian Commission covering the Middle East and
Africa. I am working directly with Office of the High Commissioner for
Human Rights in New York (OHCHR-NY) you can visit OHCHR in New York, Room
S-1310, 13th floor Secretariat Building,UN Headquarters- New York, USA for
our meeting.

Anyway, I contact you for an important matter which involves an American
old woman, a catholic missionary who have spent all her life in West
Africa. Ms. Rebeca Hamilton requested my diplomatic assistance to return
her treasures back home so that she can carry out a humanitarian service
around the United States as She wants help the poor and the needy around
the United States and other countries of the world. Surprisingly, upon my
arrival with Ms. Rebeca Hamilton luggage I was told that she is critically
lying sick in the Hospital and could not talk or open her eyes.

However, due to my job as a Diplomat, I am highly committed to my services
that I cannot carry out the humanitarian service operations as intended by
Ms. Rebeca Hamilton since I am very busy with the United Nations
Assignment. Therefore, I consult you to get you intimated to help this
dying old woman achieve her dream in this regards. I want you to stand and
receive the consignment boxes that I brought into the United States for
the woman. In absolute secrecy, Ms. Hamilton told me that one of the boxes
contained US$3.5 Million and in other boxes, she have 120kg of Gold bars
which she bought from Africa as a way of saving her money. You have a
reward for your Honest services in this operation.

If you can handle this honest services for this dying woman, to make sure
the Old woman's funds and Gold are properly secured for the help of the
poor and the needy around you, please indicate your interest and I will
