"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello Dear friend,

Hello Dear friend,
I'm Sorry if I've intruded into your privacy; it’s a matter of life and death which forced me to send you this urgent massage. Please help me and my children from Syria as our present condition is so precarious; my husband moved some funds out of our Country to overseas, and on his way back to manage to rescue us he was killed by ISIS/Daesh
Please help me because i am really helpless and ready to offer you 25% out of the total amount as a reward; as soon as you help me secure the fund for the sake of my children future, the amount involved is $17,800.000.00 (seventeen million eight hundred thousand dollars) which was deposited in Abroad as a trust fund. Upon your acceptance to help me, I’ll furnish you with more details.
Meanwhile can you be able to help me buy residential house?
I'm waiting for your quick response,
Cordially
Zainal
