"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Some comments by the Scam-O-Matic about the following email:

This email uses a separate reply address that is different from the sender address. Spammers use this to get replies even when the original spam sending accounts have been shut down. Also, sometimes the sender addresses are legitimate looking but fake and only the reply address is actually an email account controlled by the scammers.
The following phrases in this message should put you on alert:
- "united state of america" (this email uses bad English)
- "i will advice you " (this email uses bad English)
- "loan amount" (Beware of fake loan offers. Real lenders would not normally use free webmail addresses such as Yahoo, nor would they lend to individuals or small businesses in a different country from where they are based. Beware of mobile phones or redirector numbers!)
- "carowightloan@outlook.com" (This email address looks like addresses used in fake loan scams. Be suspicious of any lender who uses a free webmail address or who is based in different country from yourself.)

I never knew that there is still nice lender like this on internet and earth here. I was scammed about $2,600 Dollars and I decided not to involve my self in such business again but a Friend of my introduced me to a loan firm due to my appearance and doings.

And I told him that I am not interested in any loan deal anymore but he told me that there is still a nice lender who he will recommend me to, and I made a trial and I am most grateful lucky am I today, I was given a loan amount of $40,000.00 ,dollars by this great Company ( Caro Loan Firm) managed by Mrs (Caro Lisa ) If you are in need of a genuine or legit loan or financial assistance and you can be reliable and trusted and capable of paying back at the due time of the funds I will advice you to contact her via: carowightloan@outlook.com And you will be free from scams in the internet.

I can't imagine the way life should be for my family today, my landlord was asking me to park out due to lack of rent payment, Please I am begging you to help me thank Mrs Caro Lisa , She is truly a woman of her word, at first she told me that i will receive my loan, i never believed her not until i went to my bank and confirm that the funds is in my account.. I made a promise to her that if truly i receive my loan, i will spread out the good news, here am i doing what i promised her. Please contact her for the loan you are seeking for.
