"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: OUR PARTNERSHIP

Dear Friend,

Haven study your company profile, we will want your corporation to handle this project for us. I am MR SYLVESTAR DENNIS a Geologist with Bahrain Petroleum Company B.S.C (BAPCO) I have been with (BAPCO) for 10 years. We are in control of a transfer for the amount of sixty Million Euro (€60,000.000:00), this was as a result of contract that was awarded to  this companies and we over inflated the amount  by sixty Million Euro, in 2013 BAPCO completed construction of a new 100,000bpd hydrocracker unit. JGC was awarded a $725m contract for providing design, procurement, construction management and commissioning assistance services for the project. The original amount was less by 40 Million Euro.

A new refinery gas desulphurization unit was also commissioned in January 2013. The 45,000bpd unit was completed by Foster Wheeler under an EPC contract. For $210m, original amount was less by 20 Million Euro.  The total amount is what we arrive at, and will be transferred, the original contractor has received their fund, the remain amount is what we are to transfer to your account legitimately as a subcontract under the above company, ever since the BAPCO has been waiting for our office to supply the information of the sub contractor so as to transfer this funds to them.  That is why we contacted your to present you as the sub- contractor.

You can verify the above information if you’re in doubt. Kindly reply to the Email below.
