"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Looking for a Trusted Beneficiary.... ( Either Female Or Male )

Dear Friend,

I'm Jerome, a single Jamaican American male, never married and no kids, My dad was the owner of Hunter Gold & Jewelry company in Kingston and I was his only child, we moved to the states when i was 21 and we have been living in the states since then, we lived in Minnesota, i lost dad when i was 37 and mom died earlier before then which was 2 yrs before the death of dad, i did not have a great relationship with my dad because of the wayward life he was living, so i decided to live by myself and i moved to Florida before he died, but dad's family members who lived in the states could not get their eyes off dad's property after the loss of dad and they got each and every property and sold all the houses without informing me about it and it was due to the distance relationship i had with my dad, just few months back i got a letter from Dad's attorney in Minnisota, she explained some certain issues to me and i thought a lot about it but i couldn't know who to share this with because i know very well that women & men who were around me knew who i was and they could only want me for their own gain, so i decided to try something on the internet by finding a trust worthy person who can be opened to me, someone who i can give a chance of trust which they would never let down, why i'm saying this is because i was informed by dad's attorney that their was still an inheritance which the family couldn't get to and dad did not disclose it in his will, before his death he had sold most of his companies in the southern american region and kept the money in the safe security company who can keep the funds secured for years till i am able to meet up with the criteria of the claim which is, i have to be married before i would ever have access to the documents & funds in kept, it doesn't matter what kind of marriage i go into ( either Gay marriage or Straight marriage with a woman ), as estimated by the attorney, she said all funds plus property documented are worth around $26 Million Dollars which was drafted with a short letter that part of the amount should be used for me to establish a Jewelry company anywhere in the world and his old clients should be contacted for them to continue dealing business with me for easy progress in the Jewelry business, i do not want to jump into conclusions by finding someone around for this & i cant because of this rush into marriage, i want someone who can stand for me as my beneficiary for me to be able to claim the inheritance kept with the security company and i feel i can take a risk of trusting someone out there with this and i promise if ever you consider clearing this claim with me, I shall give you a 15% commission and if we are ready to make things work of being together, i would surely take a step into it, but would you be able to stand as my beneficiary and contact my dad's lawyer on how to go about this claim and what is needed to be done to get the in kept funds, i hope im not sounding too drasty and i would appreciate if this would work out for good because i do wish to start a new life and live life simple, let me know if you are ready for this and we can proceed as soon as possible.
