"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Investment Plan:

Dear Sir,

Investment Plan:

I am a private person and I work for the family of Late Gen.Sani
Abacha-former Nigeria head of State, who died while in active service in
1998.

Shortly after his death, his predecessors reached pact with the Switzerland
Government and repatriated over USD$700 million from Swiss banks, but these
looted funds when it arrived Nigeria, was also stolen by his predecessors,
who did everything possible to assassinate the elderly son- Mohammed
Abacha, and humiliated the former first Lady-Maryam Abacha, when they vowed
to testify against the government on the missing funds, etc.

Since then, the family has been subjected to unnecessary scrutiny and
oppressed by past and recent regimes, which made the spouse and son silence.

With the new pact recently signed with Nigeria and Swiss governments to
return the balance of usd$321 million in Swiss Banks, that my client Mr.
Mohammed Abacha-son) and Mrs.Maryam Abacha-Spouse), has consulted with me
to discuss with a private person, whether financial investor, advisor,
independent funds Managers or company who can receive the sum of
USD$45,100,000.00, in a trust account in Rome, Italy. These funds were
moved from Swiss to Italy for safety purpose and this fund is in good
condition and secured.

If you are interested, let me give you a relevant info of the Fiduciary
agent at the Ministry of Finance, Rome to make your findings, before
attending the meeting.
