"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello

Greetings, i know this letter might surprise you because we have not met neither in personal nor by correspondence but i believe that it takes just one day to meet or know someone either physically or through correspondence. I got your email when i was going through the internet today.

I am a single lady, Cynthia Tutu by name,39 years of age, divorced, origin of France but i am living in London now working as account auditor in a bank here. I have a sensitive and private subject i need someone to accomplish with me, it's 100% risk free and i have planned out how to execute the project but i can't do it alone due to my position in this bank.

I need your partnership in re-profiling some offshore investment funds worth 12.5million dollars (Twelve Million five hundred thousand US Dollars), i am constrained however to withhold most of the details for now.
This is a legitimate transaction. If you are interested and willing to render your assistance try to respond back so that i will give you more details.

Best regard,
Cynthia.
