"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

DESCRIPTION:
Football's World governing Body - FIFA in partnership with its Sponsors promoting the development of football in the Middle-East, Africa and some selected locations around the world has shortlisted you to bid for the Contract to build the FIFA General Hospital in any of these Project locations namely; Qatar, South Africa, Cameroon, Bulgaria, Benin, UAE, Egypt, Jordan & Saudi Arabia. These Projects are expected to be completed on a 191,158 Sq.ft. area in each of the Project locations and the following are the highlights of the Project:

1. 60 Medical/Surgical Beds (All private)
2. 2 Position Emergency Department
3. 12 ICU/CCU Beds (All private)
4. 10 Operating Rooms
5. 14 Bed Recovery Rooms
6. 6 Position Prep/hold rooms (All private)
7. 4 Endoscopy/procedure Rooms
8. Central sterile supply
9. Dedicated elevator to the surgery rooms
10. Imaging Room
11. Obstetrics Department with 14 Bed Antepartum rooms, 12 Postpartum rooms, 4 Labor/delivery rooms, 6 Position NICU and 4 Prep/Holding rooms.
12. Pharmacy, Laboratory, 6-Room Pediatrics Suite
13. Main entrance, Lobby, Reception, Registration, Gift shop, Storage support, Car park (60 Vehicle Capacity) and Mechanical and Security spaces.

Fifa intends to release the sum of €25,000,000 (25 million Euro) to approved applicants.

If you wish to formally express your interest to bid for this project in any/all of the proposed project locations, kindly write your 'Expression Of Interest(s)' and send it to Raphael Weber at tenders@ffcontra.com to obtain a Pre-Qualification Form and upon the determination of your eligibility to Bid for any/all of these proposed projects by FIFA, Bidding Documents will be given to you.

Hard Copies of Bidding documents may be obtained at the Office of the Secretary, FIFA Contracts Committee, Fédération Internationale de Football Association, Room 137, FIFA-Strasse 20, P.O. Box 8044 Zurich, Switzerland upon payment of the Bid fee of €10,000 (Ten Thousand Euros) for each set per Project location. You will also have to sign a Confidentiality Agreement with FIFA before Bidding documents will be provided to you. After obtaining the Bidding documents, any unsuccessful Bidder, upon a formal declaration to withdraw from the Bidding Process made promptly to FIFA (within 3 working days) will be refunded the Bid Fee in full.

As soon as FIFA Contracts Committee accepts your Expression of interest(s) and pre-qualifies you to participate in the Bidding Process, you will be required to pay a Bid fee of €10,000 (convert to your local currency) to receive the Bidding Documents to submit your bid. This Bid fee is payable to the Local Organizing Partner of FIFA Projects, contact the financial project department by email for payment proceedures at bidfee@ffcontra.com as soon as you show interest.
