"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Western Union money transfer is completely untraceable and therefore is *not* safe to use with anyone you do not know personally. It is the preferred method of online criminals to collect money from their victims.

DELIVERY OF DEBIT CARD BY GLOBEX COURIER

You won in the Bonus National Lottery UK draw to the tune of {US$5,500,000.00}. You were to be paid from UK but it has been transferred to United States of America. All efforts to get the funds to you proved abortive. The card was moved from Star Track Express to Globex Courier & cargo express company.

I have arranged with Globex Courier to deliver the Debit Card to you. Once you get it, you can start making withdrawals from any atm card machine. Please change the pin enclosed in the instruction booklet as soon as you receive it. All taxes have been paid by the National Lottery and all needed documents by the IRS, Customs, United States Government, Homeland and all relative security agencies are attached to the card and will be sent along with it.

Globex Courier has charged $320 with comprehensive insurance. I have tried to get them to deliver it C.O.D but they would not due to their company policy and losses incurred in the past. All you need to do now is to make the payment of $320 to them immediately to enable them proceed with delivery of the card in due time. Trust me, i tried convicing them into delivering it C.O.D but they would not accept.

Please contact them via their email ( gexpress.couriers (at) googlemail.com ) by giving them your package number UK82739273US. Tell them you are aware of the $320 charge and you are ready to send it and you will be given information on how to send it either by western union or money gram transfer.

Please let me know when the card is sent so as to make sure it reaches you swiftly.
