"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

realised for immediate transfer via ATM MasterCard. However, there has been a new
development, a woman by name Joanna Parthimos  from Canada came to my Office a few days
ago and presented some documents stating that she is your representative with authority to
claim the contractual/inheritance funds totalling USD $ 18.5 Million being full-payment of
your total sum. Here is her information for you to confirm if this woman is acting with
your authority:

B) CONTRACT DEED OF AGREEMENT BLUE PRINT
C) 3 ANTI-TERORIST CERTIFICATE FROM UNITED STATES NATIONAL CENTRAL BUREAU
OF INTRPOL
These Documents which she tendered to this Noble Bank is clear proof that you sent her.
Due to the urgency involved and coupled with litigations that may arise over wrongful
transfer of funds, I will not want to make any mistake in releasing this fund to anyone
except you who is the recognized and bonafide beneficiary of the Funds according to
records available to us. Kindly clarify with us and reconfirm your details on this issue
within 5 working days before we make this payment to Mrs. Joanna Partimos.
