"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

SUBJECT .RIGHT OF CONTRACT TRANSFER THE ONLY SOLUTION

Nigerian National petroleum Corporation the sector that generates almost 90%of the national economy has arisen from its challenges and blame from the public that it owe a lot of debt to public internal and external .We under the leadership of Harvard trained engineer kachikwu want to come clear with the fact that all genuine claims that relate to us have been completely settled. Most of the challenges we are facing today is from sub-contractors who were in the past misled by fraudsters who ended up loosing their money ,getting frustrated and worst from when they started .The reason is simple, the ailing contractor don't like to come and see things eye to eye ,identify whether they are even relating with human beings or street urchins or even a ghost .

The only paper the NNPC will demands from contractor till date are 1.evidence of contract completion,2.right of transfer that means transfer of rights and privileges from the ORIGINAL contractor to the sub contractor to benefit the outstanding balance .when you ask them to come and resolve this issue they decline ,when you ask them to bring money so that an attorney will go to ministry of public utilities or court to procure the relevant documents they will say it is scam ,deduct from source, thereby creating difficult stance, and putting the transaction at standstill. When file is sent to bank for instance it does not accord bank any power to deduct as the council of state in their wisdom knows that if it were allowed it gives room to quantum of fraud as any body can go ahead deduct any amount in the guise of helping thereby amassing immense wealth from fraud, this therefore behooves on beneficiary to get the external supportive papers to back their payment .World all over this is how government operates if it is private individual debt it is simple as Mr A will deduct expenses and remit balance to MR B.
Payments in government spheres is multi plural as a lot of organs are involved and each acting on a separate mandate.

Finally we have through wide screening of archives identified about 128 foreigners who are deemed OK to benefit from this 2ND quarter year 2016 payment and give them this guidelines so that they understand from the onset whether they will submit their application for payment or not .We are paying a flat amount of $10 m USA D only to each successful beneficiary
You are one of them if you receive this mail and expected to reply by identifying your full names and relevant details that will help us to proceed with the payment process. We shall address fully further guidelines on the receipt of your mail
Thanks
