"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: COMPENSATION,

Dear Partner,

I am very delighted to inform you that I finally succeeded in transferring the fund abroad with the assistace of a new partner from Europe. Currently, I am in Europe for investments with my own share of the total amount which I am investing in Real Estate Business.

Meanwhile, I did not forget your past efforts and attempts to assist me in transferring the fund despite that it was not successful with all your efforts.

Now contact my pastor in Africa, through his contacts, as stated below, and ask him to send you the amount of USD$350,000 Dollars which I kept as your compensation for all your past efforts and attempts to assist me in the fund transfer.

REV. FATHER DANIEL OBENG.
St. Peters Anglican Church, Accra, Ghana.

I appreciated your efforts at that time very much so, do not hesitate to contact the pastor and instruct him where to send the ATM to you.

Please let me know immediately you receive it so that we can share the joy after all the suffering at that time.At this point, I am very busy here for the investment projects which I and my new partner is having at hand.

Finally, remember that I have informed him about you so, do not hesitate to contact him so that he will send you the ATM CARD without any delay.

I wish you a happy time of life.

Thank you.
