"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

My name is Nabeen Affouni, a native of Kuwait working in an oil well
in Saudi Arabia as a Petrochemical Engineer with my colleagues. The
contract we have with the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to
be drilling oil wells is for ten Years, and the first payment of $250
million dollars has been paid and has been deposited with a bank and
to be transferred to your bank account for proper investment.

If you have fund management abilities or credible projects in need of
funding, please let us have a brief description of your nature of
business/professional experiences alongside your registered business
name and physical address in a returned email so we can discuss
further. As people working in the desert, we do not have access to
bank and telephone because of the location of the site. However, we
have access to the internet to communicate with you.

For your assistance,you will be given 30% of the total sum, and 20%
from the profit that will accrue from the investment.Please do not
hesitate to give me your reply so that we will inform the transferring
bank your details for them to commence transfer process.
