"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am contacting you from "Richard Heiner & Co.", a Law Firm based here in London, United Kingdom, I am a financial consultant to an investor from a mineral-oil rich country with a sensitive political background in the Middle East who wants to invest funds outside his country and without the appearance of his name on the investments.
 
As stated above, my client had approached me through his financial advisor with a mandate to seek for individuals/companies around the globe with highly experience in financial management that can help him channel these funds into a profitable investments outside his country where these funds could exist outside his name and country for a longer period.
 
If this investment should be of interest to you, kindly respond with your business plan or personal/company profile so we can discuss this further because his financial advisor would also like to meet you in person or through video call on Skype in order to discuss it further with you before investing the funds into your project if its agreed upon.
