"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am contacting you base on your country location, please permit me to use this means to inform you to partner with me into estate management or any other profitable business we can invest, hoping you will not disappoint me in any way, I am Luciano Portolano , personal financial adviser and investment planner on a privet matters to late Leader MUAMMAR GADDAFI, Head of Mission and Force Commander and Leadership of (UNIFIL) United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon,

in the other hand I want to inform you that i have in my possession the sum of (15.8 million USD) which me and my boys discovered from one of the late Leader MUAMMAR GADDAFI house, this money was discovered in his house last week when we went for a united nation peace talk in his country. And i have used my power as Head of Mission and Force Commander and Leadership of (UNIFIL) United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, to deposit this money with united nation name.
