"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: MY REQUEST

Dear Sir/Ma,

As you read through my message, I do not want you to feel pity or sorry for me, for I believe someday, somehow, we will all surely die, this is about mine, and a last wish. My name is Mrs. Emily Marzouk married to Engr. Fayaz Marzouk a Saudi Arabian citizen who worked with Xstrata PLC, Zug, Switzerland for twenty years. My husband died in the AF4590 Concorde Plane Crash July 2000.  View this website for more news about the crash. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/859479.stm

We are married without any children and since after the death of my husband, I decided not to remarry and presently am 60 years old. When my husband was alive he deposited US$3 Million with Progress Finance Solutions, USA. This fund is still with Progress Finance Solutions and the management have asked me to apply and receive my late husband's fund but due to my health condition and life status at this moment, i do not need this money as i see no need for it but I can authorize someone to receive the funds on my behalf.

I have a deadly disease on my Lungs called CANCER and from doctor / physician indications my condition is really deteriorating and is quite obvious that my death is very close to me as I can see my life quickly ebbing away. The stage is worst more than ten months now and I have been hospitalized which affected my ability to talk. I am an orphan, no Parents, brothers or sisters but my country home origin is Switzerland where my late husband and I met.

Due to my poor health condition and based on doctors report, am scared that my life is almost at the end so I decided to look for an individual that will help me receive this US$3 Million from Progress Finance Solutions, USA and distribute it to charity organizations.

Please, help me receive this US$3 Million Dollars from Progress Finance Solutions, USA and distribute US$2.2 Million to charity organizations, while you take US$800,000 to reimburse yourself for any cost you incur during the process of distributing the money to charity organizations. I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money.

If I receive your reply, I will contact Progress Finance Solutions and ask them to contact you and release the fund to you with the help of the manager who has agreed to release the fund to whoever i presented.

Please assure me that you will make my wishes come true, while you act accordingly.

I expect your prompt reply and wish you will put me in your prayers hence forth.

Thanks and God bless you.

Yours Faithfully,

Mrs. Emily Marzouk
