"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello.-

Hello,

I come to announce the good news about my trunk money, I finally found a friend who paid for my Air ticket, to allow me to arrive in this country to get my trunk money personally. God so merciful, I was able to recover it successfully, but I'm afraid to cross the two airport with the luggage, however, I need you to join me here to find solution together to get everything DONE in order that we get this 14.5 MILLION DOLLARS out of this country to your country for investment purposes. I have another solution thus, if I open the trunk money, I will take 10,000 thousand dollars and send to you so that you will use it to open a special account in your country where you will receive the 14.5 MILLION DOLLARS. Is this solution good??

I Hope to hear from you.

Sincerely,
Nora.
